Stardate

Stardate 19090 - It has been 300 years since the rebellion of the Seventh Earth cast the galaxy into chaos. Strange and dangerous ghost ships patrol what remains of the hyperlanes. Humans live in ships and fleets - or on a few barely habitable planets and moons far from the hyperlanes. The players are pirates, renegades with a ship trying to make a living in space. Most people aren’t dumb enough to fly in space where ghost ships hunt - but the players are.

Stardate is an experimental multiplayer game built for the Jam Launch Launch Jam. The goal is to use a largish language model as a thin interface between players and a world defined in a lore document. Jam constraints mean that the system is a little more free floating than planned.
